Crock Pot Stuffing

Need an easy but delicious stuffing recipe for your Thanksgiving turkey? Check out this fantastic crockpot recipe and enjoy it with your family and friends!
Ingredients:
  • 8 cups dried bread cubes
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 stalks celery chopped finely
  • 1 onion chopped finely
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 1/2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • Fresh parsley as a garnish
Directions:
  1. Cut the bread into cubes and leave the cubes out on the counter for a day or two to dry.
  2. Place bread cubes in a large bowl and set aside. Butter the inside of your crockpot.
  3. Melt butter over medium heat until melted.
  4. Add the celery and onions and sauté until translucent.
  5. Add the herbs and saute until fragrant. Approximately 30 seconds.
  6. Add the celery, onions, and herbs to the bread cubes, along with the salt, pepper, and 1 1/2 cups of the chicken stock.
  7. Toss well adding more stock if the cubes are still dry.
  8. Pour into the crockpot, cover, and cook on low for 4-5 hours. Add extra chicken stock as needed throughout cooking time.
  9. Add cranberries
  10. When serving, garnish with fresh parsley.
  11. Enjoy!
