Spaeztle with Cheese Recipe

Looking for a taste of Germany? Try this spaeztle recipe for a taste of the old country. This recipe is for a full bag so invite your Kumpels and family and enjoy!

Ingredients:

• 1 – 17.6 Ounce Bag of Spaetzle Noodles (or egg noodles)
• 2 1/2 Cups grated Swiss cheese
• 1 Stick of Butter
• Parsley Flakes
• Salt
• Pepper

Directions:

1. Cook Spaetzle according to directions on package adding salt to the water. (usually 12-13 minutes)
2. Drain and place in large serving bowl
3. Mix butter and cheese and until well mixed and butter is melted
4. Top with Pepper and Parsley flakes to taste.
5. Enjoy with your Kumpels!
