Pumpkin Beer Bread Recipe

What a better way to kick off the Fall then with pumpkin beer bread. Whether as a side dish or as a take along to an Oktoberfest, everyone will love this delicious recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 12-ounce pumpkin ale

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Grease a 9×5-inch bread pan with cooking spray.
  3. Stir flour, baking powder, salt, pumpkin pie spice, honey and pumpkin puree in a large mixing bowl until combined.
  4. Slowly add the beer
  5. Stir until combined and smooth.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the bread comes out clean.
  7. Let bread sit for 10 minutes before slicing.
