Ruth Eckerd Hall On The Road and Clearwater Jazz Holiday Foundation, Inc. presents the 44th Clearwater Jazz Holiday on Thursday, October 19 through Sunday, October 22 featuring a variety of talented artists at The Sound at Coachman Park in Downtown Clearwater. On Thursday, October 19, Gates open at 4 pm and the line-up features The Beach Boys with Good Vibrations Orchestra and Dustbowl Revival (Featured Above). On Friday, October 20, Gates open at 5 pm and the line-up features Gladys Knight (Featured below right one), Preservation Hall Jazz Band and Average White Band. On Saturday, October 21, Gates open at 5 pm and the line-up features Los Lobos, Gipsy Kings featuring Nicolas Reyes and Buddy Guy Damn Right Farewell. On Sunday, October 22, Gates opens at 4:45 pm and the line-up features Christone “Kingfish” Ingram, Trampled by Turtles, and Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band. Single Day Tickets, 4-Day and 2-Day Packages are on sale now.

The magic of Clearwater Jazz Holiday emanates from its long-time collaboration with the City of Clearwater, Visit St Pete / Clearwater, Ruth Eckerd Hall, the Clearwater Threshers, as well as hundreds of volunteers that orchestrate every chord of this annual celebration that attracts audiences as diverse as its line-ups. From smooth and straight-ahead jazz to rhythm and blues, soul, jam band, folk, Americana, funk, fusion, Latin, and more, thousands of spirits are lifted each year in the unmistakable energy of Clearwater Jazz Holiday.

 

 

 

In addition to sustaining the longstanding festival tradition, Clearwater Jazz Holiday Foundation, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization and proud winner of the 2016 Clearwater Regional Chamber’s Judge’s Choice Nonprofit of the Year, delivers year-round innovative programs, exciting performance opportunities, special funding, and creative learning experiences. These initiatives celebrate the art form of Jazz with meaningful music appreciation and instructional experiences for people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities.

A limited number of VIP tickets are available, which includes a premium seat and access to the Bistro Hospitality Area, which includes food and beverages. Coachman Park rendering of new concert venue announced by Ruth Eckerd Hall.The Sound located at Coachman Park in downtown Clearwater, near the intercostal waterway, will open the summer of 2023.  Ruth Eckerd Hall will manage and operate this state-of-the-art music venue that features 4,000 covered seats, with an additional 5,000-seated lawn and an incredible view of the majestic sunsets of Clearwater Beach. In May 2022, the Clearwater City Council selected Ruth Eckerd Hall to operate The Sound music venue.
