Keto Friendly Meat Lovers Pizza

Looking for a healthy pizza recipe? This one is Keto friendly. You can make it even healthier by skipping some of the meats.

Pizza Ingredients:

  • Marinara
  • 5 Tablespoons Grated Parmasan Romano Cheese 
  • 5 Large Eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Basil
  • 1 Tablespoon Oregano
  • 2 Pinches Kosher Salt
  • Sliced Pepperoni 

Meat Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Pound 80/20 Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Pound Ground Sweet Sausage
  • Marinara
  • 1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon Basil
  • 1 Teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Fennel Seeds
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Crushed Red Peppers

Directions:

  1. Pull meats apart and mix with garlic in a frying pan and heat
  2. Mix in basil, oregano, salt, black pepper, fennel seeds, crushed red peppers, and just enough of the Marinara to lubricate the mixture. Cook until meat is browned. Set aside as a topping.
  3. In a large bowl mix the eggs, Parmesan Romano cheese, oregano, basil, and salt. 
  4. In a large frying pan add the oil and heat it on high heat. 
  5. Add the crust ingredients and spread into a large circle.
  6. Cook until edges brown. 
  7. Flip and cook for an additional 45-60 seconds.
  8. Turn on Broiler
  9. Add sauce, cheese, and meat toppings and cook until cheese melts.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
