Pizza Ingredients:
- Marinara
- 5 Tablespoons Grated Parmasan Romano Cheese
- 5 Large Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Basil
- 1 Tablespoon Oregano
- 2 Pinches Kosher Salt
- Sliced Pepperoni
Meat Ingredients:
- 1/2 Pound 80/20 Ground Beef
- 1/2 Pound Ground Sweet Sausage
- Marinara
- 1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 1 Teaspoon Basil
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Fennel Seeds
- 1/8 Teaspoon Crushed Red Peppers
Directions:
- Pull meats apart and mix with garlic in a frying pan and heat
- Mix in basil, oregano, salt, black pepper, fennel seeds, crushed red peppers, and just enough of the Marinara to lubricate the mixture. Cook until meat is browned. Set aside as a topping.
- In a large bowl mix the eggs, Parmesan Romano cheese, oregano, basil, and salt.
- In a large frying pan add the oil and heat it on high heat.
- Add the crust ingredients and spread into a large circle.
- Cook until edges brown.
- Flip and cook for an additional 45-60 seconds.
- Turn on Broiler
- Add sauce, cheese, and meat toppings and cook until cheese melts.
- Serve and enjoy!
