Boiled Buttermilk Corn on the Cob Recipe

Here is a basic but delicious corn on the cob recipe complements of your Official Town Guru. 

Ingredients:

  • 6 -8 Ears of corn
  • Salted Butter
  • 1 Pint Buttermilk

Directions:

  1. Husk corn and remove silk
  2. Soak in buttermilk for 2 hours
  3. Fill a stockpot halfway with water and bring to boil
  4. Add corn, buttermilk, and salted butter to pot
  5. Boil for 10-15 minutes
  6. Serve and enjoy!
