Beer Seasoned King Crab Legs

Do you love King Crab legs? Are you looking to make yours have a little more flavor? Try this great recipe compliments of My Town Gurus!

Ingredients:

  • 3 Pounds of Alaskan king crab legs
  • 3 lemons
  • 6 Tablespoons of minced garlic
  • 3-4 bottles New Castle Brown Ale
  • Melted butter for serving
  • Kosher Salt

Directions:

  1. Cut the lemons in half
  2. Fill a large stockpot with the beer, lemons, and garlic.
  3. Bring to a boil
  4. Put the crabs in a steamer insert and boil for about 5 minutes until the crabs are cooked through.
  5. Melt the butter with a pinch of kosher salt
  6. Serve and enjoy!
