Ultimate Brownie Recipe

This brownie recipe will have everyone raving how chewy and moist they are! And the taste, you’ll have to make them to experience it!

Ingredients:

  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • Non stick cooking spray
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Line an 8×8 metal baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. Spray paper with non stick cooking oil.
  4. Put the butter and sugar in a microwave safe mixing bowl and put in the microwave for 1 minute or until the butter melts.
  5. Whisk in the eggs, egg yolk, and vanilla.
  6. Stir in the oil and cocoa powder.
  7. Stir in the flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt with a rubber spatula until combined.
  8. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  9. Spread the brownie batter evenly into your 8×8 pan.
  10. Bake for 30 minutes or until the brownies are set and toothpick inserted into the center has moist crumbs attached. Do not overcook.
  11. Let cool completely before cutting and serving.
  12. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
