The Captain’s Muscles Marinara Recipe

Muscles Marinara is a classic Italian dish. This recipe is easy but amazingly delicious and will make and dinner go from ordinary to spectacular! This recipe serves 2-4 people depending on whether it is a meal or a side dish.

Directions:

  1. Rinse the muscles in a colander and remove the beard and any debris.
  2. Allow marinara to simmer covered until it is hot.
  3. Add muscles and cover for about 8 minutes until the muscles open using medium low heat.
  4. Cook pasta according to instructions on box.
  5. Place serving bowl(s) and garnish with grated cheese.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
