Amazing Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients:

• Lasagna Noodles (I used Barilla oven ready)
• The Gurus Tomato Sauce
• 32 Ounces Ricotta Cheese
• 2 Eggs
• 1 Pound Ground Beef
• 1 Pound Freshly Sliced Mozzarella Cheese
• 1 1/2 Teaspoons Kosher Salt (Separated 1 Teaspoon for meat, 1/2 Teaspoon for Ricotta Cheese
• 1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
• 1 Teaspoon Basil
• 1 Teaspoon Oregano
• 1/2 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
• 1/4 Teaspoon Fennel Seeds
• 1/4 Crushed Red Peppers
• Parley Flakes as Garnish

Directions:

1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
2. Pull meat apart and mix with garlic in a frying pan and heat
3. Mix in basil, oregano, salt, black pepper, fennel seeds, crushed red peppers, and just enough of the Gurus Tomato Sauce to lubricate the mixture. Cook until meat is browned.
4. In a bowl, fully mix Ricotta, Eggs, and Kosher Salt
5. Put a thin layer of sauce in a casserole dish, then put a lasagna noodle on top. If using a tray, cover the sauce with noodles
   
6. Add a layer of ricotta cheese and then a layer of meat
7. Add a second noodle and another layer of Ricotta cheese and then Mozzarella cheese
8. Add a third noodle and cover noodle with sauce
9. Top with Mozzarella Cheese and garnish with Parsley Flakes
10. Bake for 45 minutes or until the cheese just begins to brown
11. Allow to stand for 10-15 minutes then enjoy!
