A Realtor® can have all of the skills needed to be a success but still struggle if they do not have the proper mindset. In Step Ahead Training Academy’s™ AMT series the student looks at their mindset and learns to understand the personalities and mindsets of those around them to better understand themselves and their clients.
The student will:
- Understand the mindset of top producing sales people
- Learn how to balance their emotions and keep a consistent demeanor in good and bad times
- Understand and implement thought patterns and routines that will make them successful
- Understand the personality traits of those around them
- Understand their personality traits
- Learn the essentials of successfully working with a team
- Learn the pros and cons of working with a team and if it is right for them
