Grammy award-winning artist, singer, songwriter, actress, and author LeAnn Rimes is set to take the stage for The Story… So Far Tour. The national tour will kick off on Thursday, May 13 through Sunday, July 24 in celebration of the 25th anniversary and her forthcoming album God’s Work.
The 14-day tour (with additional dates to come) will showcase Rimes’ career accomplishments, unreleased music, and of course, some of her greatest hits. Among her long list of accomplishments is her Grammy award for her debut album titled “Blue,” which she received at the age of 14. This award makes her the youngest solo artist to win to date. Following that, at just 15 Rimes became the first country artist to win “Artist of the Year” at the Billboard Music Awards.
Rimes’ talents go far beyond singing and songwriting. She’s reached people all over the world with her advocacy for human rights and mental health. Rimes received several awards for her limitless dedication to humanitarian efforts including the Ally of Equality Award by the Human Rights Campaign, the 2019 HOPE Award for Depression Advocacy, and the 2009 ACM Humanitarian Award.
Her podcast Wholly Human, which is in its third season, discusses health and wholeness while also complimenting her lifestyle blog Soul of Everle. The current season of her podcast will feature several special guests including motivational speaker Mel Robbins and New York Times bestselling author Martha Beck, PhD. The podcast had much success as its reached #2 on the iTunes Health & Fitness Chart and placed in the Top 35 overall for podcasts worldwide.
