Ingredients:
- 3 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 Sticks of Unsalted Butter Room Tempurature
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1/4 Cup Milk
Directions:
- Mix Flour and Salt with a Kitchen Aid, Mixer, or by hand
- Add the butter and continue to mix until mixed well.
- Add the egg then slowly add the water and milk and continue to mix until clumpy dough forms.
- Separate the dough into 2 large balls.
- Using a rolling pin, roll out the ball out into a very thin sheet of dough.
- Cut out round disc shapes using a cup or bowl.
- Collect the excess dough, roll again and repeat the process until all dough is used.
- Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 days.
