The Clearwater Jazz Holiday Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization and winner of the 2016 Clearwater Regional Chamber’s Judge’s Choice Nonprofit of the Year. The group supports area arts programs through special funding and the development of learning experiences for people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities, to celebrate and promote the art of Jazz.

In its over 42 years, the group’s popular jazz holiday music event has evolved from a concert series held on the back of a flatbed truck at various Clearwater sites to an international music festival which has historically drawn tens of thousands of attendees. Previously, Coachman Park served as the event’s primary venue. As Coachman Park continues to undergo its transformation into the future Imagine Clearwater bandshell, BayCare Ballpark steps in as the festival locale and will be transformed into a fun, warm, festival atmosphere as the Foundation partners with the Clearwater Threshers.
