The 4th Annual SKIN! The “Sexy” Art Show July 16-17, 2021 – 6 p.m. -12 midnight to be held at The Art institute of Tampa. They are now celebrating their 4th year of the Annual Skin event…The “Sexy” Art Show will continue to deliver the best in skin (nude) art from all corners of the fine art world.
Skin Art Show:
Skin will include talented artist, performers and patrons who will converge for a night of sensory exploration and live performances in this two-day art show. You will have the opportunity to participate in installation exhibits while browsing and purchasing wonderfully crafted pieces by some very talented individuals in an all-adult setting.
Skin promises to continue their mission and expand the experience for you to be aroused in your SKIN! The SKIN Art show features body painters, a DJ spinning an awesome soundtrack, food, signature libations, interactive exhibits, and most importantly…ART!!!
All art at the Skin show will be available for sale as we give you an opportunity to support great artists and take home some awesome pieces! SKIN combines all these elements into what has proven to be a captivating experience for patrons, performers, and artists alike. At Skin, Art: meets music. Music: meets party. Party: meets SKIN!
The concept for SKIN came after a group of friends had attended a major art show in Tampa. They then came to realize that the area needs more of this kind of art and the “appreciate art and make it a party” concept was exactly what they were looking for. Realizing that the Destination Tampa Bay area has exceptionally talented artists, the SKIN idea was born. SKIN provides the best in art and entertainment, showing the “sexy” side of the art forms while presenting world class entertainers. SKIN welcomes all erotic artists and their disciplines to display, provoke and excite our audiences. Our goal is to make this annual event a show where you can always find art, acceptance, fun, and a sexy good time!
Submit Your Art to SKIN:
Artists Submissions for 2021 Skin Is Still Open! Submission Opening: May 1, 2021 – 12 a.m. EST. Submission Deadline: June 19, 2021 – 12 midnight EST
Any artist can submit up to 4 entries in any of the categories below at $25 for the entire group (1-4 works) All mediums will all be included.
All artwork submitted to SKIN: The “Sexy” Art Show must be for sale.
All submitting artist will receive a complementary pass to the show for both nights. Artist passes are NOT transferable. Click HERE for ENTRY RULES and Artist Info before submitting your art to be considered for inclusion in the show.
The Theme: The Return of the Speakeasy
This year’s theme: “The Return of the Speakeasy”. A pre-prohibition style party with our own unique flair! We are also accepting volunteers to model and assist with the show operations. Interested participants should contact us for details. This year’s show will also bring back one of the favorite ideas from past years: Our “Less Dressed” contest! Feel free to wear your most revealing outfits to be selected as one of our nightly prize winners. Winners will receive a prize pack of sensual goodies and a gift certificate that may be applied towards an art purchase during the show! Be ready to win in your SKIN!
What to Expect at Skin:
An impressive collection of sexy artworks. SKIN’s “Less Dressed” outfit competition where you can win great prizes. Participation by local, regional, and national artists. Awesome deejays, with exciting shows and performances. Interactive art concepts for audience participation. Live Body Painting and Interactive exhibits. Ability to purchase original fine art.
