Ingredients:
- 1 pound Fettuccini Noodles
- 1 pint Heavy Cream
- 1 1/2 sticks of Butter
- 1/2 cup Riesling
- 1 pound Lump Crab Meat
- 3/4 pound Scallops
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 4 ounces grated Pecorino Romano cheese
- 8 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
- Cayenne Pepper
- Ground Black Pepper
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions:
- Melt butter and cook garlic on medium low heat
- In a separate pot boil water. Add olive oil
- Add scallops to mixture, sprinkle cayenne pepper to taste, cook
- Cook fettuccini for 12 minutes
- Add Riesling and heat
- Add heavy cream, crab meat, and black pepper to taste, and reduce heat to low. Bring to simmer. Cook until it slightly thickens. Add 4 ounces of each of the cheeses
- Drain pasta then mix with sauce
- Garnish with additional parmesan cheese
- Serve and enjoy
