Why Realtors® Should Have Community Pages – Part 2

What should be included in a local Real Estate page?
When trying to determine whether to choose one town over another there are usually some specific things that a buyer is going to want to know. Most often the decision to relocate to one city or another is decided by a few of the following things:
  • The town or city’s school system
  • Highway accessibility
  • The demographics of the city or town
  • The communities crime rate
  • Appreciation of housing values
  • Public transportation
These are just a few of the major things that a buyer may consider when looking to pursue purchasing a home in a particular community. Given these are items that most home buyer’s would be thinking about it makes sense you would want to include them on your Real Estate community page!
A sample community page can be found at MyTownGurus.com/Minot. When visiting this Real Estate page you will quickly get a feel that there is an awful lot of good information regarding what you may be researching about Minot.
Keep in mind from a Realtors® perspective not only should you provide information buyers and sellers would want to know about the town but also some general information on why someone should hire you as a Realtor® to work with. As much as the consumer is trying to find out information on the town they could also be looking for someone to hire who has a level of expertise to guide them on buying or selling decisions.
The My Town Gurus program is designed to make ONE Realtor® the Guru of their city or town. We set up your community page, provide you with systems and education to be seen as the local expert, and drive leads directly to you so that you can do more business THIS YEAR. Learn more about My Town Gurus system at MyTownGurus.com/BecomeAGuru or call 877-203-9588. Don’t wait, towns are going fast!
