Jersey Devil Seasoning

Looking to season crabs, fries, fish, or anything else you would typically put Old Bay on? Try this Jersey Shore favorite we like to call Jersey Devil Seasoning. It goes great in our Jersey Devil Clam Chowder!

• 2 tablespoons ground bay leaves
• 2 tablespoons celery salt
• 1 tablespoon dry mustard
• 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
• 2 teaspoons ground ginger
• 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
• 1 teaspoon ground white pepper
• 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1 teaspoon ground allspice
• 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
• 1/2 teaspoon ground mace
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
