This agreement will hereafter refer to the entity purchasing services as “The Client” and the entity selling the services, Zeltman Group Inc, as “The Company”.
Set Up Fee – A one time set up fee of $99 applies to all new accounts and includes the set up of all services agreed to in the agreement. Agreement Begins on the first day of the month the first month after this agreement is executed. All services begin on this date. The Client is responsible to provide all materials to The Company within one week of signing this agreement or risk having their website be incomplete or not launched on time.
Direct Debit – Direct Debit is an automatic monthly deduction from a debit card, credit card, or ACH. The Company will automatically bill your account using Direct Debit on the first business day of each month. The agreement is month to month and can be cancelled by sending a certified letter return receipt requested by the 5th day of the month to Zeltman Group Inc 3143 Fire Rd Unit D Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234.
Failure to Remit Payment – Payment is due on the 1st day of the month. A $5 late fee will be accessed to accounts not paid by the 15th day of the month. All services will be suspended on the 30th day of delinquency and cancelled on the 60th day of delinquency.
Indemnity – The Client releases, indemnifies, and hold harmless The Company, its agents, and successors from and against any and all actions or claims which may be made by me or on my behalf or by other parties for or in respect of or arising out of any injury, loss, or damage whether by negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever.
Pricing – Rates are subject to change with 60 days notice.
Entire Agreement – Any promises that are not included in this agreement are not binding to either The Client or The Company. This includes any handwritten promises on the agreement. My Town Gurus employees and The Client are not authorized to make any changes to this agreement.
Cancellation Policy – Agreement can be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice sent to Zeltman Group Inc 3143 Fire Rd Unit D Egg Harbor Twp, NJ 08234 by certified mail return receipt requested.
