In Step Ahead  Training Academy’s™ AMT series the student looks at their mindset and learns to understand the personalities and mindsets of those around them to better understand themselves and their clients.

The student will:

  • Understand the mindset of top producing sales people
  • Learn how to balance their emotions and keep a consistent demeanor in good and bad times
  • Understand and implement thought patterns and routines that will make them successful
  • Understand the personality traits of those around them
