Crab and Scallop Alfredo Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Fettuccini Noodles
  • 1 pint Heavy Cream
  • 1 1/2 sticks of Butter
  • 1/2 cup Riesling
  • 1 pound Lump Crab Meat
  • 3/4 pound Scallops
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 4 ounces grated Pecorino Romano cheese
  • 8 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions:

  1. Melt butter and cook garlic on medium low heat
  2. In a separate pot boil water. Add olive oil
  3. Add scallops to mixture, sprinkle cayenne pepper to taste, cook
  4. Cook fettuccini for 12 minutes
  5. Add Riesling and heat
  6. Add heavy cream, crab meat, and black pepper to taste, and reduce heat to low. Bring to simmer. Cook until it slightly thickens. Add 4 ounces of each of the cheeses
  7. Drain pasta then mix with sauce
  8. Garnish with additional parmesan cheese
  9. Serve and enjoy
