Captain Bill’s Seafood Pie

Want to make a memorable dinner for the special seafood lovers in your life? Captain Bill’s Seafood Pie will become a family favorite. This recipe is for 2 puff pastries which makes 2 very large servings.
Ingredients:

  • Jersey Devil Clam Chowder (recommended) or the New England Clam Chowder of your choice
  • 1/2 Pound of Bay Scallops
  • 1/2 Pound of Medium or Large Shrimp
  • Lump Crabmeat
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. In a frying pan add olive oil
  3. Cook garlic, scallops, and shrimp
  4. Drain excess oil
  5. Turn off burner and add lump crabmeat
  6. Add clam chowder to scallops, shrimp, and crabmeat. Use just enough to liquify.
  7. Remove Puff Pastry and unfold it in a caserole dish. I prefer using individual sized dishes.
  8. Fill the middle third of the pastry puff with the filling and cover with the other two thirds.
  9. Place in the oven for about 20 minutes until puff is golden brown.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
